Once printed, completed and signed, please return application forms by post to Grampian Electoral Registration Officer, Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB16 5GE or by email as a scanned attachment to postal@grampian-ero.gov.uk for Postal Vote application forms or proxy@grampian-ero.gov.uk for Proxy Vote application forms.
You can leave your form at the reception or in the letterbox of our office at Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB16 5GE. You can also leave your form in the mailbox of our office at Mitchell Burnett House, Colleonard Road, Banff, AB45 1DZ or through the letterbox of our office at 234 High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BA.
Please do not send your form to the Banff or Elgin addresses using the postal service as a mail direction is in place and your form may not be received by us by the relevant deadline.

Application to register to vote
To register to vote in Grampian, please go online. Registering online is quick and easy. Your application will normally be processed through to the next update to the register which usually takes around 6 weeks as the register is only updated on a monthly timetable set out in law, and applications have to be made available for objections beforehand.
Additional updates are arranged if an election is taking place. The deadline to register to vote is midnight, 12 working days before the election.
