We have had the best ever response to our household canvass and are very grateful to the 77,000 householders who have responded using our cost-efficient auto-response services.

We are very keen to keep the momentum going and would urge any household that has not yet responded to do so as soon as possible.  The law requires us to visit every single household that does not respond and we are very keen to avoid spending large sums of taxpayer money sending canvassers to individual addresses.

If you do not have internet access and cannot use the telephone or text response services you can post your completed form back to us.

Remember – the household enquiry form is not a registration form – households must respond by law even if everyone is already registered to vote.  The law also requires us to follow-up every household that does not respond with a personal visit.

Finally, households who responded after the 20 July deadline to their household enquiry form that we sent to them at the start of July will receive a reminder as they are printed and posted in bulk to keep costs to a minimum.  If you responded after 20 July and receive a reminder, you do not need to respond to the reminder.
