Data from the Valuation Roll is obtained from the Scottish Assessors Portal.

Type the address or postcode in the “Search for a Rateable Value” field.  You can also use the “Advanced Rates Search” to specify particular search parameters or proceed using only the street name.

Please be aware that valuations may be out of date where the Assessor has yet to account for alterations, extensions or other material changes of circumstance.
