We have written to all postal voters whose vote was rejected in the elections on 23 May because the signature or date of birth provided by the voter during the election did not match the signature or date of birth provided when the application to vote by post was made.

If you receive a letter from us asking you to refresh your details, please send the completed form back to us as soon as possible to keep your arrangements to vote by post in place.  The law requires us to send two reminders by post so, to keep our costs down, please respond as soon as you hear from us.
