2,197 absent voters have not responded to an invitation to refresh their signature and keep their absent voting arrangements up to date.

If you have received a reminder from us asking you to provide a fresh sample signature please complete the form and send it back so that we have it by Friday 15 February, otherwise your absent voting arrangements will be cancelled.  You will however still be entitled to vote in person at your polling station and may also make a fresh application for an absent vote at a later date if voting in person is not convenient.

If you received a request to provide a fresh signature and want to continue with your absent voting arrangements but are no longer able to write or provide a consistent signature, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements to secure your absent vote can be made.
