If you receive a letter from us this week – do not ignore it.

Postal voters provide their date of birth and signature when they apply to vote by post.

The law requires signatures to be refreshed every 5 years.

If you receive a letter from this office asking for a fresh signature, please sign and return the letter in the post-paid envelope as soon as possible.

If you do not respond, the law requires us to cancel your arrangements to vote by post.
