The rateable values of 10,101 non-domestic subjects in Grampian were subject to appeal following the 2017 Revaluation.

The independent Valuation Appeal Committees in Grampian have until 31 December 2020 to dispose of all Revaluation 2017 appeals.

As at 31 December 2019, over 74 % of subjects have now had their appeals resolved.

Any outstanding Revaluation 2017 appeals will receive at least 105 days notice of when the local Valuation Appeal Committee will hear their appeal.

The vast majority of appeals are resolved prior to any hearing through informal discussion between the appellant and our staff.
